Extra-Curricular Activities at Beaconhouse Al Khuwair

Children at Beaconhouse School have a wide variety of extra-curricular activities to choose from. In keeping with our philosophy, students are expected to challenge themselves in a variety of ways. The school offers a number of after school clubs and societies – some of which are run by students, either for students of their own age, or for those in the younger years – but each with a teacher in charge providing support and guidance to ensure a high quality of delivery. Many of these after school clubs are academic in nature while others have a less academic focus.

The combined effect of all of the extra-curricular provision is to:

• Provide students with a more rounded education
• Give students increasing choice and control over their learning
