Please send the following documents to admission@beaconhouse-qrm.edu.om, after you have filled the application form.

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
• A copy of your child’s passport, visa and Oman ID
• A copy of both parents’ passport, visa and Oman ID
• 4 Passport photos of your child
• Previous years’ school reports
• Transfer Certificate or school leaving
• Copy of the Immunization Record/ COVID-19 vaccination certificate

• Students coming from abroad, requiring admission will need to complete the necessary formalities from:

  • Concerned Embassy in Oman
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oman
  • General Directorate of Educational Evaluation (Qualification and Diploma Department – Athaiba behind NBO)

• Students coming from GCC, requiring admission will need to complete the necessary formalities from:

  • Attestation from MOE of the Concerned Country

• Students transferring from a Community School within Oman:

  • School stamp
  • Attestation from MOE in Oman (Opposite the MCT Airport)

• It is imperative that these documents are either submitted during registration or before the commencement of the academic year, otherwise the admission process will be delayed.

• If you have just arrived in Oman and you are still waiting for your visa to be processed, we are happy to accept your application whilst you arrange these documents. We will need copies once your visa and Oman ID have been granted.

• As requested from MOE, for your child to study Kalemon instead of Arabic subject, the last 4 years’ report cards are required to be submitted where only the final report card should be attested.

• It is requirement that all students must submit a Transfer Certificate (TC) before they start school.
